Easy Health Coaching focuses on wellbeing and lifestyle, not weight. If you focus on your wellbeing and change your lifestyle, your weight will take care of itself. 

An important principle is that we must be kind to ourselves and learn from our mistakes and past failures (most of which were probably not your fault, but the diet wasn’t sustainable). 

We’ll show you how to turn your failures into fixes for your future.

Moving Your Body Moves Your Mind

Moving your body, moves your mind and lifts your spirit and you’ll be surprised what your body can do for you.  

You are stronger than you know.  Once you start moving, your body sends signals to your brain that you are thriving, not surviving and you’ll be able to make better decisions without getting stressed. (again an evolutionary survival mechanism).  

We are made to move – you just need to find the kind of movement that motivates you and that’s EASY for you.

Easy Health Coaching workshops are different because we concentrate on wellbeing not weight.  You don’t have to queue up to get weighed (you already know what you weigh, you don’t need us to tell you).
