WHAT WE DO

Our classes and workshops are all aimed at inactive, self-conscious women who want to get fitter but find the mainstream fitness classes too daunting and too difficult to keep up with.

We’ve made our classes E.A.S.Y and fun, a safe and supportive space for you to begin your journey to health and happiness.

We’ll be running a series of classes and workshops, which will be updated once venues and dates have been arranged.

Classes currently being created include:

Push & Pause (movement and mindset)
Momotation (Motivational Movement & Meditation)

And lots of other workshops on subjects such as mindful eating, moving and healthy relationships (family and friends), most of which will take place at our lovely home by the sea!
